The Directors' Club is an exclusive community of industry leaders with the sole purpose to educate, communicate, and illustrate the continued path to success in the Racquets and Hospitality industry.

Through online networking events, workshops, guest speakers, classes, and video libraries, our members share knowledge, solve problems, and reach higher levels of success together.

Our Leadership Team

Founder | President

Jarrett Chirico

Jarrett Chirico is a visionary leader in the racquet sports industry, currently serving as the Director of Racquets at the North Hills Club in Raleigh, NC. With a distinguished career as both a former player and an innovative director, he has pioneered some of the most esteemed racquet programs in the country.

Recognized as one of the foremost figures in racquets, Jarrett was featured on the cover of Club and Resort Business Magazine, earning the title "King of the Court." His impact has been further solidified with prestigious accolades, including PTR Professional/Member of the Year by Racquet Sports Industry Magazine, as well as PPR Pro of the Year in both 2020 and 2022. He was also honored as a 2020 and 2022 Champion of Pickleball.

A highly respected educator and thought leader, Jarrett holds elite certifications from RSPA, PTR, PPR, PPTR, PPTA, RPO and CRSE. He served as a national PPR clinician and holds the position of Vice Chairman. His expertise extends beyond the court — a published author in Boardroom Magazine and a leading keynote speaker for racquet sports nationwide.

Chief Relationship Officer

Dan Santorum

Dan Santorum is a distinguished leader in racquet sports education, best known for his 38-year tenure as President & CEO of the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR). Under his visionary management, PTR grew from 2,500 members across 68 countries to a global network of over 16,500 coaches across 125 countries.

Dan pioneered the PTR ACE Program in the early '90s to diversify coaching and the PTR on Campus program in 2005 to engage younger professionals. He led over 450 global workshops on six continents, becoming the first to offer training in all 50 US states. His honors include the International Tennis Hall of Fame Educational Merit Award, the ITF Service to the Game Award, and inductions into the Southern, South Carolina, and Middle States Tennis Halls of Fame.

In March 2024, Dan concluded his PTR chapter and now directs Racketpro, a training and education entity for racket-sport coaches including pickleball.

Chris Gale

Chris Gale is a distinguished leader in the racquet sports industry, currently serving as the Director of Racquets at Bent Tree Country Club in Dallas, Texas. With over 25 years of elite experience, he has led racquets programs at some of the nation's most prestigious private clubs, including Palm Desert Tennis Club (CA), Chatham Beach and Tennis Club (MA), The Dunes Club (RI), The Duxbury Yacht Club (MA), and River Oaks Country Club (TX).

Renowned for his expertise in staff development and program revitalization, Chris is a sought-after consultant for clubs nationwide. As a dedicated mentor, he continues to shape the next generation of racquets professionals.

Chris holds elite certifications from PTR, PPR, PPTR, and USPTA — further cementing his reputation as an authority in racquet sports leadership.

Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan is a highly respected leader in the racquet sports industry, currently serving as the Director of Racquets at Dallas Country Club, one of the most prestigious private clubs in the nation. With 25 years of experience, he has shaped world-class racquet programs at The Princess Anne Country Club (VA) and Lancaster Country Club (PA).

Michael holds elite certifications from USPTA, PTR, PPR, PPTR, and USTA. He has served as President of the USPTA Middle States Division, a member of the USPTA National Mentoring Board, and the USPTA Adaptive Tennis Committee. He is a PPR National Clinician and a distinguished graduate of the Certified Racquet Sports Executive Program.

Michael is deeply passionate about mentorship, professional development, and helping individuals reach their full potential in both sport and life.
